Shockwave Apparel — Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All in‑stock items are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by a few days. You will be notified of any significant delays.


Pre‑Order Items

Some Shockwave Apparel drops — including limited‑edition or heritage collections — are offered as pre‑orders.

When purchasing a pre‑order item:

  • Your payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item.

  • Pre‑order items require 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.

  • If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, the entire order will ship together unless otherwise noted.

  • Estimated delivery windows are provided on each product page and in your order confirmation email.

Pre‑order timelines may shift slightly due to production or supply chain factors. We will notify you immediately if any changes occur.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery windows after your order ships:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Shockwave Apparel is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an address error results in a returned package, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
